Book Five.
My third Brookmyre. ...I missed Parlabane, and the one Scottish character wasn't in it enough. Very enjoyable though. Many many laugh-out-loud moments, as usual. The religious stuff, though perfectly taken the piss out of, annoyed my atheism sometimes. And i was shocked to learn that Brookmyre had to cut 20,000 words before the book was publish because he went on a little too long about the Minoans.

well you know how sensitive those minoans can be, wendle. if they sense even the slightest hint of criticism then they start writing letters...
