"Bean's" is fine - the implication is that the flavour of each individual, precious bean is released to its fullest aroma.

Rest assured, Costa will have spent good money on advertising / branding people to get this right.

They referred to beans (plural) in the previous sentence so I'd think it would be beans plural again....so that would be beans'
